Bubbakoos Burrito

Bubbakoo's Burritos opened a Bloomington restaurant at 917 S. College Mall Rd. on April 23, 2026, near College Mall and Indiana University. The chain lists it as one of its two Indiana locations.

The store is owned and operated by a local entrepreneur who has been part of the Bloomington community for more than a decade.

Bubbakoo's calls its food Mexican-fusion, with more than a dozen signature flavors such as the Papi Hibachi steak and shrimp burrito, the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito. The brand started in 2008 on the Jersey Shore and now has more than 140 locations in 16 states.
