Hand-pulled ramen and cut noodles, dumplings and fruit or milk teas at 217 W 6th St., reopened in 2025 in the former Nourish coffee space.

About Lan Ramen and Aqua Tea

Lan Ramen & Aqua Tea serves hand-pulled ramen and cut noodles at 217 W. Sixth Street. After closing its 250 S. Washington St. location in the summer of 2025, it reopened here in the former Nourish and Brilliant Coffee Company space; the Herald-Times reported it opened Aug. 28.

The menu includes tea-flavored boiled egg, house-made kimchi, marinated beef shank, steamed and pan-fried dumplings, and pork and shrimp wonton soup alongside the noodles. Its online ordering page also lists a guide to Lanzhou-style noodle widths and a slow-braised beef flatbread sandwich.

The Aqua Tea side of the business makes specialty drinks such as smoothies, fresh fruit teas, milk tea and matcha. Hours have changed since the move, so check before heading over.
