Mama Dukes Hawaiian Barbeque

Mama Dukes Hawaiian Barbeque is a family-run business started by Amber Racoma to honor her late mother, Charmaine Ka'ahnui, who taught her to cook. Amber prepares the food herself with help from family and friends.

The menu includes plate lunches such as Hawaiian BBQ chicken, loco moco and chicken long rice, plus Spam musubi, mini teriyaki burgers, mini kalua pig sliders and teriyaki Spam lo mein (or tofu).
