Pan Nito Bakery is the only Mexican bakery in Bloomington, bringing traditional pan dulce and bakery favorites to the east side. Stop in for fresh conchas in a rainbow of colors, marranitos (pig-shaped molasses cookies), cuernitos, empanadas, and made-to-order donuts, along with specialty items like payaso swirl bread and budin pan dulce.

Open Monday through Saturday, 7:30am to 8:00pm, and Sunday 7:00am to 6:00pm.
