Rainbow Bakery

Rainbow Bakery is an all-vegan bakery at 201 S. Rogers St., in the Historic I. Fell Building. The entrance is on 4th Street at the corner of 4th and Rogers. It opened in August 2013, started by Matt Tobey and Lisa Dorazewski, who were both long-time vegans. Visit Bloomington calls it Bloomington's first 100% vegan bakery.

Every item is dairy free. Special orders and cake orders are available through the website.

There is a dedicated gluten-free workstation, but because everything is made in one small kitchen the bakery does not guarantee against cross-contact, so check with them about allergies. The website lists Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sunday 9 am to 2 pm, closed Mondays; hours may change.
