Starr Fitness, LLC is Personal Training done in the comfort of your own home. No equipment needed, nor do you need a large room to exercise in! I work with adults who are either seeking to lose weight, get fit, or change their workout routine. I also work with seniors in residental communities or nursing homes. If you need help using your home equipment, treadmills, etc. I can come and help you figure out how to work your machines as well as create a program that fits your lifestyle.
