Review: Pete, the manager, just told me that the secret to the blue cheese dressing on the Big Bowl salad is that it’s mixed with some Italian dressing and garlic.
I ordered the Big Bowl salad with chicken added and it was absolutely everything I was hoping it would be. The fresh carrots, cabbage, and different lettuce blends made it texturally pleasing. A healthy salad with a little bit of guilty pleasure in the blue cheese dressing.
This place is locally owned and they use great ingredients. They are always at our farmer’s markets and I definitely recommend many more things on their menu.
