Twilight Dairy

Twilight Dairy is a family-owned, certified organic dairy that makes cheese and yogurt on the farm where the milk is produced. The cows are grass fed. The owners are Amos and John Esh.

The farm began making cheese in its own plant in 2011 and added yogurt, curds and mozzarella after installing a pasteurizer in 2015. The line-up includes organic raw milk cheeses such as baby Swiss, cheddar, colby and gouda. Flavored cheese curds, mozzarella and plain and fruit yogurts round it out, and the dairy says it uses no stabilizers or preservatives. Since 2022 it also sells raw milk, butter and kefir produced by Anna Belle Farm.
