Upland's original brewpub, brewing beer on W 11th Street since 1998, with a locally sourced menu, weekend brunch and a dog-friendly patio.
About Upland Brewing Company
Upland Brewing Company's Bloomington brewpub at 350 W 11th St is where the company started. It has been brewing beer there since 1998, and Marc Sattinger, Russ Levitt and Dean LaPlante are named as founders. The pub opened its doors in 1998 and began serving food the following year. Upland now calls itself the third-largest brewery in Indiana.
The company describes the pub as a throwback to old-style pubs. The menu is built around locally sourced ingredients and includes many vegetarian dishes. A patio opens spring through fall, and dogs are welcome there.
The website lists daily hours plus brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM; hours may change, so check before you go. Carryout ordering and a reservations link are on the location page. The Bloomington campus also offers Brewhouse Private Dining among the barrels for weddings, parties and corporate events downtown.
