About Bethel Lane Farm Stop
Bethel Lane Farm Stop is a year-round farm stop and local market in a red barn at 4501 E. Bethel Lane, northeast of downtown Bloomington. It began in 2017, when the owners partnered with three other local farms to give small farms a shared place to sell directly to the community, and it now stocks products from 95 Indiana farms, food producers, artisans and small businesses.
The shelves carry produce, pasture-raised meat, eggs, milk, cheese, baked goods, honey, tea and small-batch coffee roasted in Bloomington, along with cut flowers, hanging baskets, vegetable plants, perennials and annuals, garden supplies, and handmade gifts such as soaps, candles and ceramics. The site posts what is in stock and weekly specials, and runs seasonal workshops and sales.
The farm stop accepts SNAP/EBT and takes part in Indiana’s Double Up Food Bucks program, which doubles SNAP dollars on Indiana-grown produce. It takes cash, credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay and checks, but not Venmo. Gift cards in any amount from $10 to $500 can be bought at the counter or online.
There are five paved parking spots in front, grass overflow parking for trucks with trailers, and bike parking by the entrance. Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome, and there is a checkerboard and tic-tac-toe out front for kids. Producers can apply to become vendors, and schools and groups can book field trips, through the site’s Get Involved page.
Open daily, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, according to the farm stop’s website. Phone 812-318-7468, or email bethellanefarmstop@gmail.com.
Details were checked on the business’s own website in October 2026. Hours and stock change, so please call to confirm.
