One World Kitchen Share

One World KitchenShare is a 24/7 rental commercial kitchen for new and experienced food businesses. It grew out of One World Enterprises, the company behind Pizza X, Lennie's, Bloomington Brewing Co. and One World Catering.

The kitchen is at 2361 W Rappel Ave, in the former Textillery Weavers building. Bloom Magazine described three rental kitchens with prep tables, ranges, ovens, mixers and fryers. Food trucks use it for prep, cleanup and overnight parking, and private individuals and nonprofits can book space too.

Fees are hourly for kitchen time, with monthly storage fees, and tours are arranged through the questionnaire on kitchenshare.net. Details may change, so check the site. Indiana Public Media reported in 2019 that demand led the company to expand the space.
