Pili’s Party Taco

Pili's Party Taco sells Mexican street food, including tacos, burritos and quesadillas. It began as a single food truck in Bloomington in 2017, serving recipes from Puebla, Mexico, where the owner and founder is from.

A second truck followed in 2018, and by 2025 the business ran three trucks with the same menu. The menu page lists tacos, tortas and seasonal dishes.

The downtown spot is on the square at 109 S Walnut Street, open Monday through Saturday according to the business, so check before you go as hours may change. Catering is also available.
