C3 is a locally owned and operated cocktail bar in Renwick Village Center on Bloomington's southeast side. The name stands for Crafted Cocktails and Cuisine. It calls itself a neighborhood bar and restaurant with hand-crafted cocktails and chef-driven, seasonal cuisine.
The space includes a lounge area for cocktails, a patio, and a semi-private dining room that can be booked for parties. Menus change, but recent ones have included a charcuterie and cheese selection with local cheeses and cured meats, a burger made with Indiana ground beef, and a list of house cocktails.
C3 is at 1505 S. Piazza Drive and lists hours of Monday through Saturday, 4 to 10 p.m., though hours may change. Carryout orders are placed in person at the bar, not by phone.
