Baked of Bloomington, known as Baked!, is a cookie bakery at 115 N. Washington Street. It says it has been getting Bloomington baked since 2006, and the Indiana Daily Student reported in 2018 that Jared Schneider founded it that year.
Customers can customize the dough, mix-ins, frosting and afterbakes, and the shop offers gluten-free, vegan and nut-free options. Specialty items include cookie sandwiches, ready-to-eat cookie dough and treats for dogs. Cookie cakes are customizable and can be decorated for any occasion. The bakery says everything is made from scratch by its in-house team.
