About Cafe Bali
Cafe Bali is a family-owned Indonesian restaurant at 210 S. Grant St., just south of the IU campus. The menu includes Indonesian dishes such as kwee tiau goreng, stir-fried flat rice noodles, and soto ayam, a turmeric chicken noodle soup served with a boiled egg and a side of sambal. It also reaches into Japanese-style items such as takoyaki and yaki udon.
Photos on its website show rice bowls topped with pork, teriyaki chicken or beef, a rice plate with fried egg and fresh vegetables, and desserts that include mango pamelo sago, egg tarts and waffles. A long bubble tea menu rounds things out. Customers can order pickup online through the restaurant's Toast page or call 812-414-5566. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
