Our program specializes in producing real world results, including over 11,000 pounds lost in the Bloomington community since January 2009. Your nutrition and exercise plan will be combined with a high level of support and accountability to create amazing results. The Meltdown Fatloss System is not just a diet or exercise – it’s a carefully structured plan that helps you maximize your time and energy. Our clients are able to change their bodies through hard work and constant efforts to make progress through diet, exercise, and goal setting strategies. Our team provides outstanding support as these habits are formed and eventually become the new reality for our clients.ALL of our staff have been and continue to be clients, some of whom have individually lost in excess of 40, 60, 80 and yes even 100+ lbs with our Meltdown program.
