About Pinoy Garden Cafe Mobile
Pinoy Garden Cafe is a Filipino food business run by mother and son Maria St. Clair and Chris Manansala, who prepare food for pop-ups and catering at One World KitchenShare. It launched on April 2, 2022, with a booth at the Bloomington Community Farmers Market before growing into other events and catering. In April 2024 the family opened a food trailer. WFIU reported that in fall 2024 they were guest chef at Indiana Pacers home games, the first Filipino vendors inside the arena.
The owners say they wanted to bring something new, since Filipino food is not well known in Indiana. WFIU's Earth Eats featured their vegetarian lumpia and their halo-halo, a colorful icy drink. A food-truck booking page also lists pork belly over fried rice and chicken lumpia among their dishes.
The business takes group and catering orders. Call 812-287-9325 or check its website for the current schedule, since a mobile business's locations change.
