Planted Bloomington

Planted is a plant-based food truck and catering company in Bloomington. The truck opened to the public in September 2023, and its owner, Nicole Schonemann, also runs the Goat Conspiracy goat farm.

The signature item is the flat, an open-faced sandwich served on locally made bread. Desserts are part of the menu too, including coconut-based ice cream.

Planted avoids single-use plastic and says it brings in locally grown seasonal produce whenever possible. The truck's location changes from week to week, so check its website or social media for the current schedule. It also caters events in Bloomington, Monroe County and Brown County.
