About Roll’n Dip

Roll n' Dip is a Mexican restaurant at 405 E. Kirkwood Ave. in downtown Bloomington that opened in August 2026. It occupies the former Cafe Pizzaria building, which Cafe Pizzaria left in August 2024 after 71 years. Ciao Bella, a separate Italian restaurant, operates from the same building, and customers can walk between the two from the inside.

The menu includes build-your-own bowls and tacos, taquitos and chips and salsa. The Indiana Daily Student also lists burritos, quesadillas, quesabirria and aguas frescas such as horchata. Ordering works like a line, where you pick a base and then add ingredients.

The restaurant says its birria konsomé simmers for twelve hours and pairs it with crispy fried corn rolls for dipping. It describes itself as a no-tables, grab-and-go spot. Its website lists daily hours of 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., which may change, so check before you go.
