Smokin Jack’s Rib Shack

Smokin' Jack's Rib Shack is a Southern-style barbecue restaurant in Bloomington. The meats are seasoned and slow-smoked over a hickory wood fire.

The menu centers on pulled pork, pulled chicken and sliced beef brisket, with smoked ham and turkey as other options. You will also find smoked jumbo wings, ribs by the rack, and desserts such as sweet potato pie and cobbler.
