About Hoosier Seoulmate Korean Restaurant
Hoosier Seoulmate is a local, family-owned Korean restaurant at 1614 W 3rd St. Owners Myung Sook and Jong Hyo Jung ran a Korean restaurant in Fort Wayne before opening here in 2020.
The owners say the food is rooted in generations of family flavor, with a few Seoulmate originals. House favorites include beef bulgogi served sizzling on a stone pan, kimchi bulgogi fries and kimchi jjigae. The Indiana Daily Student also pointed to bibimbap and the Bul-Dog, a fusion of a hot dog and bulgogi.
House kimchi is made fresh every Thursday and sold by the pint or quart, and a neon 'Let's Be Seoulmates' sign is there for photos. Carry-out ordering, delivery ordering and digital gift cards are linked from its Linktree page. The website lists Tuesday through Thursday hours of 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 9 p.m., which may change, so check before you go.
