Square Donuts North

Square Donuts operates a bakery at 1280 N. College Ave., which the company calls its 17th & College Bakery. Service options include dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru and a walk-up window.

The store lists daytime hours of 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a limited-menu late-night window from midnight to 4 a.m. It is closed on Mondays, and hours may change.

Square Donuts began in 1967 in Terre Haute and has stayed in the Comer family for three generations. The company says its Bloomington location opened in 2006, and the Indianapolis Business Journal reported that Bloomington was where it started licensing shops outside Terre Haute.
