The Vault Pub

The Vault Pub opened Sept. 1, 2023, in the former Dunn Meadow Cafe space in the Indiana Memorial Union at IU Bloomington. It sits on the IMU's lobby level and has a patio. The plan was local craft beer, wine and pub food, with an indoor stage and the outdoor patio.

The menu leans toward sandwiches, appetizers and drinks, and opened with wings, nachos, chili, salads, breaded tenderloins and hamburgers. IU Dining said the burgers use beef from Fischer Farms. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. The Indiana Daily Student named the Ol' Red, a rye whiskey drink, as the house signature.

IMU Dining says the pub is a spot for a meal before a Hoosiers game or show, carryout lunch, trivia, jazz night and live music. Hours change with the academic calendar, so check the IMU site before you go.
