Although the restaurant on W Kirkwood only opened in 2013, we?ve been in Bloomington?s food scene for quite a bit longer. Since 2007, Juannita?s daughter Carmen has been known as Bloomington?s ?Tamale Lady,? delivering delicious tamales to local restaurants.
